Pros

It's a decent place to make friends with other employees, and doesn't feel too competitive. I worked at one of the first Dave's though so it was a bit different in how we handled the restaurant. It was a laid back environment.

Cons

Learning everything right away is hard because the menu is quite big and people can be picky but I think that comes with working at any restaurant. Didn't really have problems with my boss.

Pros

Nice Pay, not busy. The staff is very nice and can act as family sometimes. They are very welcoming and there is not steep learning curve.

Cons

Staff may have a lot of problems. Management was pretty good. They are lenient and try to hep you get the schedule you want.
