good manegers. great service. lots of benifets and as my first job i got many great experiances. plus really hot waitresses :)

Cons

I really did not like the fact that there was a clear seperation between management and others. lots of the managers were not very nice

Pros

Management was pretty good. They are lenient and try to help you get the schedule you want. There was a very flexible working environment and I worked with many easygoing people.

Cons

Many of the servers that I worked with tended to complain a lot. Also, management would often over staff in which case everyone suffered in making money
