Pros

Management was pretty good. They are lenient and try to help you get the schedule you want. There was a very flexible working environment and I worked with many easygoing people.

Cons

Many of the servers that I worked with tended to complain a lot. Also, management would often over staff in which case everyone suffered in making money

-Servers for the most part were fun and engaging. -Managers were flexible with hours and it was easy to pick up extra shifts when needed. -Usually got out when your shift ended, with exception to very slow or very busy days.

Cons

-Management based on who liked who, not who was competent. - A lot of gossip. -Company did not place a required tip for tables of 8 or more. This continuously meant that servers were under tipped for large bills.
