Pros

It is pretty decent money when they are busy and very friendly atmosphere. They are true the Famous Dave's mentality on being you, be real, be famous. You become really close with your coworkers and management does not micromanage.

Cons

It is really hard to break it into serving. I started serving a month after I started working there but they kept me on max 2 serving shifts a week. It was hard to learn the ropes when I wasn't getting enough shifts. However, the store I was at was pretty slow which might have more to do with it than the company itself but I felt that if you haven't been there for years, they weren't going to make sure you had serving shifts.

The environment is very friendly. I also receive good discounts for purchasing food at work. The hours are extremely flexible.

Cons

They are understaffed most of the time. The base pay for waitresses I extremely low. The business is slow and needs more advertising to promote their service his way everyone wins
