Great Food, Atmosphere

Pros

Food was delicious, the atmosphere was great. management really did a good job of trying to connect with employees. a great job for a high school or college aged person.

Cons

the hours they gave to employees was pretty skewed. managers who had friends as servers made sure they got the better schedules.

It is a good place to make money, the company continues to grow and will eventually be a strong company

Cons

you have to deal with a lot of different personalities which you may not be comfortable with, but if you can deal with that you will be ok

Great Food! Corporate employees get 50% discount. Restaurant employees seem pretty happy with their jobs and usually provide great service.

Cons

Corporate office is stressful. Too many goals and not enough time to do them. Feel like you don't know what to work on first, because things always change. Can't plan your day.
