      NEEDS to train their management better

      Pros

      There aren't many pros for this company. Their managers make it difficult to want to work there. I moved up quickly that's the only good thing I can say.

      Cons

      Management sucks, they hire really unprofessional people, makes it known that you are disposable. Will lie and tell you they have 0 tolerance for sexual harassment but they don't do anything about it and managers will take part of it too.

      Pros

      Team of people that I worked with was great. Corporate owned locations are great to work for as they pay and treat their employees well.

      Cons

      Franchise (Midwest BBQ Ventures took over my location) does not pay nor treat employees well. They came into the previously corporate owned location, cut mostly every employee who worked at wages they had worked years to increase through raises under corporate structure so as to pay newer hires lower wages/minimum wage. They cut all benefits (401k, medical, dental). I used to take pride in my job, staff and the product deliveredto guests. Once the franchise took over, the business was run into the ground and I would not be surprised if the location loses money or closes due to the changes implemented by the new ownership and management.

      Pros

      Laid back environment, fast-paced, always busy, variety of tasks. The customer spread was more social so you had the opportunity to interact with them more than more upscale restaurants. A majority of the employees and supervisors were fun to work with

      Cons

      Lack of structure in management--had numerous conflicts with other employees in terms of crossing harassment boundaries. Additionally, some of the tasks given to hosts were not outlined in the job description and should have been more compensated for
