Kind people and management is easy to work with. Good salary and tip sharing program.

Cons

Other staff members were sometimes a bit chaotic and did not have the proper training to succeed in the business.

The guests are friendly and more often that not, they tip appropriately. The job is very flexible and easy going.

Cons

The general manager does not communicate well within his team and the store has begun to overstaff for shift which in turn impacts how much everyone is making.
