Was able to pay my bills.

Cons

Could not hold managers for more than 1 year. Training staff was a joke, half-a** performance from employees. No consistency shown. Disrespectful staff.

-Servers for the most part were fun and engaging. -Managers were flexible with hours and it was easy to pick up extra shifts when needed. -Usually got out when your shift ended, with exception to very slow or very busy days.

Cons

-Management based on who liked who, not who was competent. - A lot of gossip. -Company did not place a required tip for tables of 8 or more. This continuously meant that servers were under tipped for large bills.
