- Great worklife balance - interesting problems

Cons

- Too much yellow tape nowadays. Devops has taken control of everything and every thing runs 100x slower while it goes through the process. - higher ups change ideas often or slow down development - pay is below average - Working with UK based teams is difficult due to time zone
