Great benefits packages. "Unlimited PTO". Remote - they provide you with the laptop.

Cons

Scheduling hours. Poor management. Scapegoat of the company. They do not do anything to make it easier for you when the company is on fire. Customers most often are rude and management basically just says deal with it. You are not given a chance outside of your role until after 9 months of suffering. No real work life balance if you get scheduled mid-day or night shifts. Workforce management is constantly on your case if you are one minute off the outlined schedule. They treat you like children.

-Poor upward mobility. Zero insight into progressing your career. -halfway between a startup and corporate. Changing priorities constantly without any guardrails
