Pros
As industry standards go, you get a good work life balance with adequate benefits. However, the toxicity from management, colleagues, and the fact that they favor the tiny percentage of women to get away with everything is annoying. I get that it’s a male dominated industry but really, stop ogling anyone with breasts and a butt and be more professional
Cons
Management issues with unprofessional work culture makes this a toxic place. Lots of co workers get drunk after work as a “team building” excuse to go out
