Pros

Great place to work with a great bunch of people. FanDuel treats employees like adults and you are trusted to get on with your job, no middle management hovering about checking up on you. Benefits are great and they promote a strong work-life balance.

Cons

Things change a lot, one minute you're going through a merger, next minute your working on a plan for the next 3 years as a solo company. Communication is another big problem, with the head office in NY and 4 other offices spread over 2 continents and 3 times zones it's not ideal.

Pros

Relaxed Environment, nice mostly young people, you have easy access to higher up management and can make a name for yourself.

Cons

Overall feeling of cynicism and negativity from a lot of employees (granted they have seen a lot of layoffs, etc). A lot of talk and not so much action from the company for making changed.

Pros

Work from home, friendly people, lots of opportunities to work across departments

Cons

All companies have their flaws. FanDuel is certainly not an exception. Biggest con at the moment is an overly negative employee base.
