Pros

Benefits are hands down the best I’ve ever had and the people are great. Flexible work hours are beneficial when you’ve got things to take care of.

Cons

Not much structure and things can tend to happen very last minute but such is life in a startup. If you’re the kind of person that isn’t much of a self starter this probably isn’t the place for you.

Pros

FanDuel treats its staff with a great deal of trust and respect and this shows in the culture here. Performance is gaged on a person’s contribution to the company, not on the number of hours they sit at their desk. Everyone has the opportunity to influence change, and management is always supportive and appreciative of that. If you’re a motivated self-starter who shares our values, this is a great environment to work in.

Cons

It’s not perfect, but I’ve yet to discover somewhere that is. While we don’t have mature processes for everything we are constantly improving.
