Pros

Great company atmosphere and everyone is always willing to help you improve. Also, a lot of opportunity to move up in the company if you put in the work.

Cons

Turnover is high as in any customer support job. Therefore, you must make sure to keep your customer service at a premium at all times.

Pros

Very laid back environment. Great benefits.

Cons

A lot of departments have no idea what the others are doing. Minimal interaction between departments. Pay is very low and only 10% max increase on salary once a year subject to manager review. No bonus, commissions, etc.

Too much BS at the top level of the company. Too much infighting.
