      Pros

      The employees at FanDuel are great, and the culture is amazing. I am proud of the work I’ve done there.

      Cons

      Way too many changes happen in a span of a short period. It’s a lot of adjusting and adapting. Just a company that grew too fast and is paying the price. While it is a great place to work, the job security just isn’t there and neither is any leadership. The decisions can be questionable if you come to hear about it. If you value communication and transparency, this place may not be for you.

      Pros

      I very much enjoyed my time at FanDuel. I had great managers and always felt heard on my team and loved the work that I did. Was awesome to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Return to office was pushed way too hard and a lot of high value employees left for that reason.
