Pros
Great perks and benefits package, lower level employees can form good friendships and opportunities to execute cool campaigns.
Cons
Favouritism is rampant and promotions only come for the chosen few. Ideas are consistently stolen after being rejected when suggested by you. If you ever bring up an issue or topic that isn't deemed 100% positive you will be marked a black sheep and have it used against you for consequences down the line. Coworkers at your level and above will have no problem lying to your face and stabbing you in the back....be skeptical of what management tells you, as it is often untrue.
