Went and going downhill

Pros

Benefits and working remote and laptop provided

Cons

No growth, micro managing, you get written up for not meeting metrics. Difficult to get approved days off. Pushing agents to turn on screen monitoring so QA can spy on you. Push more work on agents and they dont pay more for taking on more work. Incompetent leads and supervisors. WFM (Work Force Management) does not communicate properly and is incompetent as well. Nonstop issues compared to other sportsbooks. They are able to change your schedule without your approval and they make it near impossible to trade or exchange your shift. Work/Life balance was something they promoted when I got hired but it is non-existent now.

Great Company

Pros

Great company that cares for their employees

Cons

Breaks were short and had to be taken at a certain time for business purposes. Would be a pain if you missed your break and had to schedule a new one.
