Doesn't have an annoying corporate culture CEO is a great leader Higher up engineers are very knowledgable There's opportunity to have ownership over products/features

Cons

Teams have moved around a lot since I've been here. I've hopped from manager to manager I've often felt lacking in guidance

Pros

People who work here are easy to work with, there are hardly any hot heads or people who are obnoxious and stuck up. Most people here are humble, and don't look down on you when you make mistakes. They are willing to help with anything.

Cons

Not completely remote. Requires you to go in office at least 3 times a week unless you work it out with your manager beforehand.
