Use of current technologies (Quarkus/Elasticsearch/React/etc) Very little micro-management Great people

Cons

Pay is good for KC area but not "competitive" with other similar remote roles across the country.

Pros

- amazing work/life balance, it's hybrid and leadership is very accommodating to time off - fun and engaging culture

Cons

- pay could be better, but that's normal for most start-ups...the work/life balance makes it worth it - need more resources to get our job done faster
