Happy Coming to Work

Pros

- Environment - Agency to learn new things - Flexible work schedule - Growth Opps - Nice working environment - Awesome benefits - Leadership genuinely cares about employee well being - Cool projects and events to be a part of (if you like sports)

Cons

These aren’t cons for me, but might be for others: - Not much downtime. The sports world moves quickly, so there are some times of year where you will be BUSY, and there will be weekend work but it’s manageable. - Unlimited PTO (I prefer this but I know some people have a negative view of it. From what I’ve seen managers encourage people to use it and people take time when they need it/want it.).
