I’ve worked at Fanatics for 3.5 years, and while there are some positive aspects, there are significant issues that need addressing, particularly regarding gender equality and work-life balance. As a female team member, it often feels like you have to work twice as hard just to get the same recognition as your male peers. I’ve witnessed men receive promotions outside of the typical cycle, while women are expected to wait, only to see fewer women promoted when the time comes. Although there are a few women in leadership roles, there is clear room for improvement. In addition to the gender imbalance, being on the front end of the marketing team feels like a constant grind. Every major sporting event or in-season game comes with its own marketing push, making the workload endless. For over three years, I’ve been working weekends, late nights, and early mornings, with Q4 pushing hours to 60+ a week. The work-life balance here is essentially non-existent during peak seasons, and the expectations placed on the team are overwhelming.

No cons from me, I’m happy I worked with the company.
