Pros

Good coworkers, events, employee discounts. A company with good potential.

Cons

Overall there is a lack of structure on the company, no clear direction. Team work is not a thing here. Constant changes in the goals, with a disrespectful management that uses dictatorial leadership. No suggestions allowed since the managers tend to ignore your input. Lack of values, ethics and will to build a company culture. Was asked to be available for work 24/7, so no life-work balance. Threatening teams saying any other person could replace them, and using fear to get things done instead of focusing on building systems, excessive workload with unreal expectations. Personal Interests from top managers created an internal conflict between departments making harassment a common thing in the daily work. Reporting to HR didn't help.
