Pros

when i joined two years ago, the work seemed interesting and i was given flexibility in terms of working hours and wfh option. Wednesday lunches were a novelty. Coming to the present scene, work got repetitive and uninspiring. Undue pressure to come to office 3 days a week despite attending late work calls is incomprehensible. all the flexibility has been taken away and work environment is getting increasingly toxic.

Cons

Expectation to attend late calls and show up to office 3 days a week is something most employees are struggling with. No cafeteria, need to go to another building to find something to eat. Inability of higher management to understand employees issues and harping unnecessarily on the need to come to office.
