Pros

-Solid work environment -Hybrid schedule -Relaxed holiday schedule

Cons

-The pay scale for salaried employees is very low if you're not a manager or above -Clear that the pay scale is designed to weed out those in-between entry level and senior level as the pay is similar until you get one of the few (and rarely available) management jobs.

Pros

1. There is some cheap office lunch available on-site, but it's purely a tactic to force people to come into the office. To make matters worse, they stopped the quarterly party funds just to pay for it. 2. You get a ₹500 Zomato coupon on Wednesdays, but again, this is just another gimmick to get people to visit the office.

Cons

1. Lack of basic amenities: Despite pushing everyone to come into the office, they do not provide employee parking, and there isn't even a campus cafeteria where you can grab a healthy snack. 2. Rampant favoritism: There is blatant bias and favoritism toward South Indian employees, creating a highly unfair working environment. 3. Unprofessional environment: People constantly speak in their native languages even during official meetings, leaving others completely excluded and in the dark. 4. Terrible HR & politics: HR policies are illogical and incredibly frustrating. The office politics are exhausting, and promotions are not based on merit—they strictly require kissing up to US management. 5. Compensation issues: They use cheap tactics and excuses to cut your bonuses. 6. Career dead-end for seniors: I strongly advise against joining if you have more than 6 years of experience. Many of the people I know only joined because of previous high pay offers, but now everyone is completely stuck—forced to work on stupid, dead-end projects that leave you with zero time to upskill or prepare for better opportunities, all while being severely low-balled. 7.Skewed Glassdoor ratings: Take the overall score here with a grain of salt. There is a dedicated team, along with directors, actively pushing and encouraging employees to leave good reviews to artificially inflate the company's rating.

Pros

Love the people I work with

Cons

Not rewarded. I’ve been there a looong time and am going backwards. Raises are too small, not even cost of living. Loyal, hard working employees are not seeing rewards. Morale is very low. Share a little wealth Fanatics. We the people make it successful. A multi-billion $ company should take good care of its core, in every area of the company, from Warehouse to middle management. Where would you be without us little people?
