1. Lack of basic amenities: Despite pushing everyone to come into the office, they do not provide employee parking, and there isn't even a campus cafeteria where you can grab a healthy snack.
2. Rampant favoritism: There is blatant bias and favoritism toward South Indian employees, creating a highly unfair working environment.
3. Unprofessional environment: People constantly speak in their native languages even during official meetings, leaving others completely excluded and in the dark.
4. Terrible HR & politics: HR policies are illogical and incredibly frustrating. The office politics are exhausting, and promotions are not based on merit—they strictly require kissing up to US management.
5. Compensation issues: They use cheap tactics and excuses to cut your bonuses.
6. Career dead-end for seniors: I strongly advise against joining if you have more than 6 years of experience. Many of the people I know only joined because of previous high pay offers, but now everyone is completely stuck—forced to work on stupid, dead-end projects that leave you with zero time to upskill or prepare for better opportunities, all while being severely low-balled.
7.Skewed Glassdoor ratings: Take the overall score here with a grain of salt. There is a dedicated team, along with directors, actively pushing and encouraging employees to leave good reviews to artificially inflate the company's rating.
