Pros

Tech stack in some teams is good. I Can say it was a good company during 2021-2022 and slowly and gradually downgraded its standard.

Cons

A lot - 1) No Good food court in Hyd office you need to walk a lot to find something to eat. 2) Mandatory 3 Days in office. Even though you had long working hours before that. 3) India Delivery center lacks skilled leaders. They always schedule some random stupid sessions and force you to join. 4) HR policy is bad. 5) Cut Bonus. 6) No Job Security, every year they fire employees around the globe. And some smart people leave once they understand this. 7) Very hard to get promoted. If you are lucky then only you will get double digit hike. 8) Working hours are tough, late night meetings and work life balance sucks.

Pros

Most colleagues are great Nice office Good benefits - BUPA & Gym Pass

Cons

No career development systems in place and no conversations are encouraged - had only two 1-2-1s after over 6 years working there Management are not experienced in leading and developing teams, therefore they are insecure and take that out on their team creating a toxic environment Very hierarchical as a result, management shun lower levels from exposure and take on any ideas provided as a win for themselves not the team Literally nothing is done to harness talent within the business and develop, nurture it Really low mentality within the teams as workforce are overworked & underappreciated and there is no progression/opportunities. People leave as a result and often are not replaced, making morale even worse Scare culture - No-one will say how they really feel as no-one wants to rock the boat and potentially lose their job. We've all seen it happen, blame culture, performance reviews, people bullied out of the business If you value your mental health DO NOT WORK HERE
