Pros

Good company to work but scale is not on par with market and develpment teams. There is a big difference

Cons

India HR only listens concerns but not take any corrective actions. Always asks for improvements but when you suggest some thing they will give some other reason and deviate from the topic. One of the worst HR i have seen in my career.
