Pros

Good teammates, collaborative environment Decent projects with an updated tech stack Opportunities to learn new things Some flexibility in day-to-day work

Cons

HR and management often come across as inconsistent and unprofessional Policies (WFH, DTO, etc.) keep changing based on management’s convenience “Unlimited DTO” is misleading — U.S. employees use it freely, but India employees are discouraged or restricted, leading to exploitation DTO ends up being less than industry average, with no compensation for unused days Constant cost-cutting across the board IPO discussions have been ongoing for years without clarity or transparency

Pros

Work with some fantastic people and get to work on cool projects.

Cons

Pay doesn’t reflect workload. Salaried employees are expected to do unpaid overtime for increasing amount hotmarkets on evenings and weekends. Taking on even more partners but not hiring more staff to mitigate the increase in work. No social, morale boosting events anymore
