Pros

I have been associated with Fanatics for over 4 years in total (3 years continuous service and later rehired for 1 year). My journey with the organization has been professionally enriching and personally enjoyable, thanks to the supportive culture and employee-first approach. Pros: - Supportive and approachable management that encourages growth, feedback, and collaboration. - Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) ensuring excellent work-life balance (WLB). - Employee-friendly perks including: 1. Snacks bar & sponsored lunch at the office 2.Telecom reimbursements 3.Yearly outings and team engagement activities - Workplace culture that values inclusivity, flexibility, and employee well-being. - Some of the work includes working on interesting business use cases specially related to supply chain and merchandising.

Cons

At times, meetings are scheduled during late-night IST hours, albeit offering opportunities to collaborate closely with global teams and gain broader exposure.

Pros

1. Learning & Collaboration : The learning scope here is amazing. You’ll always get support from multiple teams, and people are genuinely encouraging and helpful. 2. Leadership : The new GM is approachable and has a clear vision to take the Hyderabad office to greater heights. 3. Work-Life Balance : It really depends on how you manage your work. No one forces you to stay late for meetings. If you do face such situations, raising a concern gets taken seriously and acted upon. 4. Growth Opportunities : This isn’t a “chillax” place. If you’re smart and hardworking, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. 5. Hike & Bonus : Except for one tough year, hikes and bonuses have been consistent. A few negative reviews seem to come from new joiners who expect things to be handed over easily without understanding the market reality. 6. Perks : Monthly phone and internet reimbursements. 7. Hybrid Work : Expected to be in office 3 days a week, but there’s flexibility. If you’ve worked late due to an urgent issue, you’re free to come late or skip office the next day. 8. Lunch : Free lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesdays come with a ₹500 Zomato coupon. 9. Office Improvements : Current office lacks a few amenities like a gym and proper food court (you need to walk to another block), but these are infra issues, not company specific. Hopefully, the new office will cover these gaps.

Cons

1. IPO communication could be more transparent. The company is taking steady steps, but clearer updates would help. 2. HR works hard but could improve transparency in a few areas. 3. More opportunities for quarterly team lunches or dinners would be great for bonding.

Pros

• Hybrid / Work from home • Office has a good location • Good staff discount • Excellent implementation of diversity & inclusion • Excellent implementation of culture & values. Fanatics actually are great for helping to push better understanding of different cultures across the organisation

Cons

• Really, really hard to form good working relationships if you’re not in the right clique. • Awful pay - doesn’t reflect the market average. Awful bonus structure too. The bonus isn’t actually worth receiving once you’ve paid tax on it. • Really poor employee morale - overall mood tends to be quite low. Most people you speak to tend to be massively overworked and relatively unhappy on a day to day basis. • Weird progression ladder - again, if you’re in the right clique, you’ll progress rapidly. If you’re not in the right clique, unfortunately you can give your all to the company and essentially be laughed out of the room when you express promotion consideration.
