Pros

Flexible working hours and a supportive hybrid work culture (mandatory office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with lunch provided). Good quality of work and good compensation. Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Cons

At times, you may need to log in late in the evening for standups or meetings, as some teams are based in the USA. However, the company is actively working to reduce this.
