      Pros

      Team are kind - whole company are friendly and willing to chat. No such thing as a silly question. Casual environment without being unprofessional. A really encouraging environment as someone new to the corporate world. Manager cares about me as a person not just an employee.

      Cons

      Progression routes aren't always clear at times, but largely down to progression being so individual and tailored for each person. Compensation could be a little higher - equal roles paid significantly more in the US versus us UK counterparts (disproportionate to living costs)

      They paid high and benefits are interesting. Like other international company, they accept every differences.

      Not neutral for conflicts inside particular team. Lots of bias and strong political atmosphere.

      Well-paid, good benefits, steady growth, seemingly go bigger real quick in this industry, the company policies covered employee needs

      Cons

      In my office, too many toxic people. A lot of gossip and lie. In the political environment, even the director takes the side. No one is staying objective even the one who should.
