It’s a place where you’ll either be very successful or simply fail. There is no meeting somewhere in the middle. But if you want an opportunity to grow, regardless of the sacrifices, this is a place for you

Cons

As it’s a company that has bought a division of a much larger one without the structure of this other company, it has been struggling to create its own processes and define its needs, goals and roles. It may be tough to swim these waters, and it is extremely demanding as for every decision or action it will take three times as much it would in an larger well oiled company
