Pros

Unlimited PTO and working in the sports industry with great mid level employees.

Cons

Growing expectations of senior leadership, decision making that is often not thought out. After the layoffs most folks are juggling more than their job descriptions and are doing more than one role. Long hours and lack of work life balance.

Pros

40% product discounts, casual attire in office, and good health benefits

Cons

So much favoritism and nepotism, the director of accounting is a super micromanager and does not care about you. The work life balance is awful. You can have so many years of good experience and just because you don't have an accounting degree, you can't grow in any way. I'm currently salary based and I get all my work and projects done on time but they throw a fit if you don't come in on time or leave early. Makes no sense. Avoid this company!
