People are helpful and collaborative, company culture is fun and casual, lots of opportunities to work on new and exciting projects. Interview experience was quick and clear.

Cons

Because of the start up feel, there are sometimes a lack of defined processes/procedures or disjointed ventures across different domains.

Work Culture — High energy, collaborative atmosphere with no shortage of meaningful work. Powerful Leadership — Ideas become investment become reality. FanFest is a perfect example — impressive last year and already shaping up to be even better. Exciting Projects — Nearly everything we work on has a direct, tangible impact on the customer experience.

Cons

Organization — Less a con and more a byproduct of a company always optimizing — reorgs happen more frequently than you might be used to elsewhere.
