Pros

Great benefits and pay. On the up and up and not slowing down. Some areas have hyper growth.

Cons

Disorganized at times. Feels like the company is trying to figure out what they are. Ever since RTO, they don't really include remote workes in any activities or anything.

* lack of respect for the employee * management does not appreciate the hard work of basic employees * shortening breaks to a minimum * favoring some employees by managers and supervisors * HR should be impartial, unfortunately they are on the side of the company, instead of taking into account the good of the employee and the company * lack of professionalism in managing the average working day * there is huge chaos during pick time
