-Weekly Pay -Not strenuous -Reasonable scheduling

Cons

-No diversity with regular employees or in leadership, almost everyone was Cuban or of Mexican decent. -The check stubs did not make good sense; it would have the wrong amount of hours worked. -Differences among races were definitely shown, some associates got away with doing the bare minimum. -Hostile Work Environment -Very slim chance of getting hired on -Sudden notice when the season would end. *Couple of days before your last day, you would be told. -No short-term benefits -
