Pros

Management is friendly, forgiving, understanding, and often has a good relationship with their staff. Decent amount of shifts Good work culture Accepting of everyone You're able to get in contact with management very easily. You can start as a sales Associate, move up to team leader, and even up into management position

Cons

The benefits aren't anything to write home about. Part-timers' only benefits are the ability to pick your shifts, call out easily, the downstairs cafeteria, and a discount on merch. Sometimes team leads are overly critical and can be mean to new staff.
