Pros

I've been at Fandango for 2 years now. There has been lots of growth and which has been great, but little chaotic. Great perks, good work/life balance, lots of parties, and decent pay.

Cons

Lots of mismanagement. There are a ton of new/interesting projects, but some of the spearheading projects don't seem capable of managing people. We are also moving to Beverly Hills which is going to add to my commute.
