Pros

Decent pay, hybrid work, good people to work with depending on your team

Cons

Exec and C-Suite are completely disconnected from reality. Productivity down due to in office vs fully remote. Executive level management doesn't know what they are doing. Director level and VP level are just stacking roles onto existing without any compensation or level alignment. No raises and impossible to get promoted. No a merit increase is not a raise.
