Pros

Company wise it is a good place to work with good benefits.

Cons

Heavily depends on which manager to work with, each team is very different which defines the immediate work culture, some are great and some are toxic.

Pros

The benefits are well thought out and helpful. The half day Fridays, LSA, some four day weekends in the summer, hybrid/ remote working environments, etc.

Cons

Management is often full of people who don't know how to manage and were either good at their jobs or were placed into a new position without training - There's little in the way of cross-training/ mentorship for other positions - Every department is incredibly siloed so that it can be extremely difficult to get to know someone outside of your immediate department - There are small benefits for those who work in an office that aren't given or attempted to even the playing field for those who cannot work from a main headquarters. - It's incredibly difficult to move up within the company as most middle positions are filled with lifers - The bureaucracy is incredibly complicated and filled with red tape or overcomplicated processes that are in place from tradition as opposed to use. - Dependence on contractors made this FTE feel like they had no use
