Pros

Used to be good place to work

Cons

Many people sitting at entry level after 8-9 years on the job. Many sleepless nights from supporting production and expected to work the full 8 hours in office after having multiple hour calls early in the morning

Pros

Some good people are still here, but that’s it

Cons

When I first joined, Fannie Mae was a great place to work with high values in mission oriented work that made you feel good to do the work. Now, it’s taken a turn for profit only focused agendas with removal of all inclusion, all mission driven work and anything that hints at what the company used to stand for. Maybe things will take a turn, but for now, would not recommend.
