Pros

Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

It's a company led by weak leaders, unwilling to take a stand. Anyone that pushes the envelope is dismissed figuratively and sometimes literally.

-Good pay -Friendly working environment -My manager doesn't micro manage (probably varies according to manager) -Despite Fannie's struggles, it still looks good on your resume

Cons

-Bearucratic -No sense of direction from leadership -Experience too determinant by who your manager is
