Pros

Benefits, flexible work hours, casual dress, telework

Cons

Systematically getting rid of experienced personnel, just like any other corporation in that it is no longer employee-focused. They got rid of the Pension plan.

Pros

Great encouraging work environment where you will work from 9-5 and get weekends off. Work life balance is great!

Cons

Not much room for ambitions advancement. Fannie is the type of place for people who want to get home to their families. This could be a pro to some, con to others. If you want to work long hours for fast advancement and large bonuses, this is not your place. But if you don't want to work very hard and don't care much about money, then this is the perfect place for you.
