Pros

The company pays and flys you out for events. Stays its hybrid but it's really remote. If you live by an office, take advantage of the perks like $10 splendid on lunch, parking reimbursement, etc. They have great benefits such as the standard health, vision, dental and 401K with 6% matching. They offer $500 lifestyle spending perk and 10k down payment assistance for a home.

Cons

Everything else. No proper training which is vital for a strong foundation and development. You're paired with a start partner who has no training and development skills. In my experience, the person I was paired with had life issues at home and my experience was toxic and horrible to say the least. I learned nothing and since this is a self motivated role, I reached out to people in my team to gain knowledge and my meetings were cancelled as they were too busy to meet; team was primarily veteran employees. I eventually was transferred and got a better team as they were relatively new and willing to help however, my leader was toxic. She was irritable, condescending and never had a solid answer when support was needed. She displayed clear favoritism in the team for those who bailed her out of discussions when she didn't understand a topic or process discussed. She consistently nagged about people in her team not speaking up, but when we did she had a condescending tone and wouldn't let us finish our sentences half the time. Her favorite word was no. It seems people who have been here for years have the most power with no real leadership or communication skills, primarily dominated by ego and politics. You're told not to say certain things in front of directors or VPs to not give off panics or have them look more into certain things which makes it difficult when you speak to them as it feels you're walking on egg shells. Toxic work environment where leaders talk about other individuals who don't agree with their perspective. You are about other people and reasons they were let go; there's no true confidentiality. Very gossip driven. If you're an authentic person, this place is not for you. No one takes ownership or accountability of their mistakes and consistently pushing the blame even when it's their fault. People focus on placing blame instead of a resolution and it kills time. You have to dedicate a decade of your life before you move up. Not many hispanics in this company. Primarily whites, blacks and asians. Very shady company.
