The managers are rude
NOTE : The customers ALWAYS call in about defective orders . If there orders don't meet the " defective " standards of the company , we won't compensate them or anything . And we have to get a manager approval to reprint or compensate them . If they don't feel like doing it they will tell you no . Whenever customers call in to complain about things or don't get what they want they ask to speak with a manager , mind you the customers are chewing you out right now and then the managers won't come to the phone they say to schedule a call back the customers get even more mad and they still won't talk to them . The call back periods isn't right away or 2 days later , only when they feel like it . I asked a manager to get on the phone , she told me she had 8 call backs yet she kept getting up and laughing and joking with the other lazy managers . They are a terrible team . And I won't wish this place on my worst enemy !
