Pros

It was a good place, startup environment, lot to learn from start to finish and people and work life balance is good.

Cons

Company stability, no clear vision from upper management, growth opportunities and exposure to latest technologies.

Pros

Lots of technology, Room to add new ideas and make everything run better.

Cons

Under appreciated, poor compensation, Owner doesn't believe employees want things like nights off or weekends. There is no expectation of personal plans or a life outside of the company. Benefits have been slashed. New jobs go the people willing to work for the least even if they aren't competent for the work. Raises and bonuses are unheard of, unless you can get a manager who will fight for you desperately. Even when ideas are impractical and expensive, if it's what the Owner wants it's what he gets, no matter what.

Pros

Working with the latest technologies. Extremely intelligent people to learn from and have discussions with. Great work environment. Management wants to make it feel like home, where you actually look forward to come in every day. Awesome projects, flexible hours, good benefits package, great compensation, friday projects (Work on your favorite thing), free sodas, Hockey table, foosball table and travel....need I say more? I've read the reviews here, and have seen none of the problems described. Either they must have been disgruntled employees, or the company has gone in a completely new direction. Either way, best place i've worked at in a long time.

Cons

If you do not like an environment where you'll be challenged, you will not fit. We live by work hard, play hard.
