Pros

Agile team focused on results. Willing to adopt different approaches or technologies when the problem at hand warrants such. CEO is always thinking on how to improve things and trying to innovate in new areas.

Cons

Politics can get in the way of the engineers doing the right thing. Upper management has their select managers/engineers that get preferred treatment.

Thank you for your feedback. This is the only way we can make our corporate 'environment' better. You are absolutely correct - innovation is key to our success. But so is communication. We'll try to do a better job of listening, so future software engineers at Farheap or Opensoft never feel like their voices are not being heard. Wishing you good luck!

Pros

CEO always comes up with ideas to improve workflow processes for various software projects. Positive work environment and ability to work with people in different countries. They have some great engineers here.

Cons

Short deadlines! Feels like there is just not enough time to complete projects. If you are not a multitasker you won’t survive. High-paced work environment.

Pros

A very diverse and multi cultural organization representing multiple languages and nationalities. All departments work closely together in order to achieve common goals. Executives are involved, approachable and hands on. Open door policy provides everyone the opportunity to become engaged and contribute to the success of the company.

Cons

Limited covered parking spaces. Benefit package needs to be reviewed in order to be competitive.
