Unfortunately with our rapid growth, we are a bit tight on space, and we are working to expand our seating capacity... hang in there. Hope the contracts don't feel like the errant step-children, that is not our intention, we see contractors as valued resources that help us fulfill our mission. I'll be mindful of your comments. Pros

Very little positive to say about. For a technology company, they are incredibly outdated. The software, hardware is from the 90s. They rely on 3-4 people to be the "heroes" all the time, and make it difficult for anyone else to shine.

Cons

Bunch of people who have been their their entire careers.. Not very accepting of newbies. And not effective in getting anything done. Spend countless hours in meetings, wasting time in churn. If you're not one of the 'chosen ones' forget it!

Cons

FPI does not promote within. Once you are ready to move to the next phase of your career you are better off going somewhere else.
