Pros

Many opportunities to advance your knowledge. As long as you show interest, you can learn new softwares, different parts of the company, etc. The company has a great culture and likes to have fun. Very diverse group of coworkers.

Cons

Definitely a "pay your dues" environment. You must prove yourself first before they value your opinion. Advancement is slow and very focused on titles.

Pros

The people are great. Everyone is always willing to help you out and answer questions. The company is small, which makes it easy to know just about everyone on a personal level. You feel like you are part of a team rather than a number.

Cons

The work can be a bit repetitive in nature. It isn't for everyone, but if you are willing to stick to it for about 2yrs there is room for improvement and additional responsibility.
