      The customers are some of the nicest people. The type of services provided are phenomenal.

      Corporate office is great, but depending on which local office you work for, management is lacking.

      Pros

      Creative freedom on projects. Every evolving culture and process improvements. Agile driven development. Close to flat chain of command, everyone is treated like they matter.

      There are a lot of non-technical people within the company.

      Pros

      Simply focused on doing the right thing every day. The right thing for its customers/stockholders, employees, and communities. Very refreshing. Very focused on preparing for the future and continued improvement.

      Cons

      Lots of change occurring. It is clearly for the best in my view. Nevertheless, some folks that have a hard time embracing change can become uncomfortable.
