The Farm Credit Mid-America leadership treats employees like family. They continually improve processes for the benefit of the customers, employees and company. The healthcare benefits are better than every other company I have worked.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Farm Credit Mid-America is close. Internal leadership opportunities are available but highly competitive. Remote work is authorized during the pandemic however, in office presence is expected on a day to day basis.
